Am currently in season 4, my thirs deason at man utd.
Since the start of the season have been hit by a fair few lenghty injuries. most have been over a month and anywhere up to 4 months.
Affelay - 2 months
Tevez - 3 weeks, 1 months
Nani - 3 months
Obi Mikel - 1 month
Lulinha - 1 month
Now when they return after their injury lay off, there conditioning just takes for ever to get back up above 95% Even if i rest them for a few games, they dont seem to hover around the 86% mark. What can I do to have their conditioning come back up to the right levels quicker. I am currently having to rest them for almost a month to get them even close to being able to finish 90minutes.
