retired_ncrocker Registered User Join Date: Feb 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	reserve and under 18 tactics how do you guys work out the tactics for your reserves and under 18s? i realise that my coaches hardly make any substitutions. when a player on my team has been red-carded, his position on the field is left vacant!

retired_elpata Registered User Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	I use the same as the first team, that way they learn the system and have no problems adapting when called up to the first team.
