You can get players to swap positions with each other. Its that simple. So you could have interchanging wingers etc

I have an extra question here that I've never got answered in fm2007. When they swap, will they take their individual instructions with them, or will they merely swap positions and nothing else? Will the dribbler takes his RWB to the other side and will the creative one take his free role to the other side?

He retains his own insructions I believe

I think the point is that it gives the opponent a different look they have to deal with on defense.

as they see fit... or at least back and forth several times during a game!

I was wondering if the swap/pos feature would be useful to use with my strike pairing at Forest in League 1?

Ideally to drag the opp CBs apart and avoid tight marking. I play on the counter attack with too very quick young forwards, but they are both quite raw/naive mentally.

Do you need particularly good teamwork/off ball skills to really make this work?
