I have made a drastic decision to leave my post at Atletico Madrid where I had built a team to finish 2nd in the league 1st season and semi's of Spanish cup and Uefa cup. I have held onto all my players for the 2nd season and after three games was 2nd top with 2 wins and a draw.
For some reason I took a look at the jobs page and noticed there was a crisis at oldham they were bottom having played 8 games and won only one in league 1. I applied for the job and was succesful.
They advice I need is any useful players I may get on loan or any players from lower leagues I could sign, the team has vey little depth and this is my main concern.
