I'm curretnly managing everton in my 3rd season and I have an 18 year old striker come up through the youth ranks who is amazing!!

His name is Jose Baxter, he's an 18 year old and has 'wonderkid' status. He's keeping AJ and the Yak out of the team and partners James Vaughan up front.

So far he has scored 21 goals in 34 apps over one and a half seasons although he has just started to bang them in - scoring 5 goals in a game against Slavia Sofia in a UEFA cup match.

Just wondering if anyone else has even heard of him. Don't think he's a regen beacuse he was in my original youth team at the start of the game along with Lucas Jutekiewicz (sp)!

In real life he broke a European youth tournament scoring record this summer which had been held by Patrick Kluivert since the early 90s...

Yeah i read something about him on an everton fansite and apparently the academy director reckons he's better than rooney at the age of 14!

yeah as an evertonian im pretty excited about him. on the game tho when i was vauxhalls manager he went to bolton and then claimed it was a stepping stone and that he wanted to be center of attention so not sure whether he would be worth the money

he was just top scorer for me in my league winning season as everton, 10/11 along side aguero they formed a great partnership, hes tall and good in the air. he has wonderkid status and i have rejected offers up to 28 mil for him.

So yes, he is a good player
