Well it depends on your team and what level they play at. But if I'm managing a big team I usually go with 4-1-3-2 and then mess with the settings depending on my team's strengths. Usually attacking/direct/hard/yes/yes/no/no.

Not really, I think the tactics that are on here allways help, Also what team are you managing because you may have a strong strike force but a weak defense so therefor you would have to do something to strengthen your defence
