Default Aston Villa - Road to Success

Hi there !!This is my first Fm story and I hope you 'll like it.
During my FM07 experience,I managed a lot of teams and had some preety good results.I was known in the bussiness as an underdog Bosnian manager, who led Barcelona to Champions League trophy,Atletico to becoming a Spanish league champion in my first season in charge.I also managed Betis and won Copa del Rey and finished 3rd in season when everyone expected from us to fight bravely against relegation. My last stop before going to world's strongest league was Udinese,Italy, where I finished 2nd in my first season also.

So after these solid results I finally decided to take my game to the highest level.Loaded all five major leagues with a small database and took control of Aston Villa

When I arrived at Villa Park,it wasn't all so shiny .The board expected to fight bravely against relegation, but the fans wanted more. The board gave me 8m.€ to invest in new players and from the very beggining,I new that I had to rely on youngsters,as I just didn't have enough money to bring some big aquisition to the club.

to be continued......

So the very next day I got to work.I had my first meeting with the players and staff. The meeting was not so long,as I just introduced myself and promised the team "better days" in the prensence of the club directors.
After the meeting, I spent the night in my office thinking about the possible players on which I hoped I could count on.I also made some calls too see if any new faces would be brought to Villa Park.
After a long and heavy night I decided to sold Didier Agathe to Sheff Und for around 1 mil.€.I had a short conversation with Didier before he left and I told him that I consider him too old for my team and suggested him to move on.After saying what I had,Didier agreed that it was time for him to move on,as a real professional.
So after I finished Agathe's transfer to Sheff Utd,it was time for new faces in my team.Firstly I went to France and found a new right winger....His name is Yoann Gouffran for 3mil.€.He was 20 years old and was considerd as a new Steed Malbranque. After securing his signing I went to USA and made two more singings: Freddy Adu,for 3.5mil.€, and Eddie Johnson, for 1.7 mil.€.
However my highest-paid signing was bringing central defender Luizao from Cruzeiro. The transfer of young Brazilian costed around 6 mil.€.
When I returned in England, I also had in my plans to bring Luka Modric from Dinamo Zagreb, but at the end he decided to join Milan.

Luizao*

So after including a total of 26 players to my club it was time ti finally hit the road.
At the mid-season transfer period I bough Nicolaue Mitea from Ajax.Young Romanian winger costed me about 12 mil.€.I signed him mainly becouse Barry played awful on that position and he got injuried in december.Physios said that ain't gonna return until the end of the season.

So here are some screenshots from my first season in charge:
