Trying to stay United
It was a blustery day in late september 2019, Rory Kimber covered his face with a scarf as he wondered through the streets surrounding The Theatre of Dreams, well thats was what is was called, in reality it had recently turned into a theatre of nightmares. Manchester United in he championship, nodody expected that last season. But united had lost their concentration after the Death of Sir Alex half way through the season and although Carlos Querioz had stepped in to manage the team he never realy lifted them back up from the shock.
It was on Rory's 18th birthday that the accident happened, the car had pulled out and he was thrown from his motobike. He was in a coma for 7 years and many people had given up hope.
He had been a bright prospect at Watford when he crashed and that ended his playing time for good, he would be on crutchers for the rest of his life due to a shin that was in to many peices to count. He woke up in 1914 and after 2 years learing to walk, talk, read and write again he once more began to follow his beloved football, he decided to take his coaching badges and whilst on the corse became best friends with an ageing Wayne Rooney who despite still playing for the champions spurs still had friends at the club.
