After Reggiana's ex-manager Massimo Ficcadenti left the club after the match fixing scandal, the board went straight in to looking for a new manager.

They have managed to find Adam George, an unknown English manager who turns 31 next birthday. Obviously he took the job with both hands as soon as it was offered.

New Flat - Friday July 14th 2007

I moved my last bag of stuff in to the flat and slumped down on to the coffee stained chair. I was happy that I had been offered the job but knew I was facing the impossible. But I knew it was possible I could keep the side up and maybe in a few years restore some pride nack to Reggina.

I believe if we weren't -11 from the start we could get a strong mid-table position.

Bianchi looks very good and I need him to bang in some goals. We might need to bring in a cover for Amoruso seeing as he is 31.
