Looking at your signings, it's good that you're supporting homegrown talent. (If you can't tell I'm being sarcatic)

31st October: Derby County v Plymouth

We started really well as after only six minuts we took the lead with Lupoli firing in from 18 yards. Plymouth almost equalised straight away but Grant managed to tip the ball around the post. On the 27th minute we had a goal disallowed after Howard ahd just strayed offside. On the 31st minute we conceded the equaliser as my defence decided it was time to have 40 winks. Luckily my attack were more awake as we retook the lead four minutes later as Lupoli again fired in.
The second half was more open with Plymouth coming at my team more, on the 61st minute they nearly equalised again but failed to connest with the shot properly and missed the chance.

5th November: Crystal Palace v Derby County

After a mere five minutes we had scored as Howard fired in, but unfortunatly the Assistant ref had his flag up for offside. Eight minutes later we Howard again ahd the Palace keeper fying across his line to save a well struck shot. Against the run of play Palace managed to go into the lead as they broke free of my defence to slot past Camp on the 31st minute.
Two minutes into the second half we went a further goal down as Palace fired in a penalty after Rique had hacked down a Palace player in the area. He was lucky not to be red carded. We started to get back into the game and tested the Palace keeper several more times but failed to find the target and we ended up losing a game we at least deserved a point

Crystal Palace 2 - 0 Derby County

8th November: Man.City v Derby County: League Cup 4th Round

We started poorly as Man.City took the lead after five minutes. My players responded well and began to get into the game. On the 29th minute we managed to equalise as Bisgaard fired in from long range. This lifted my players and we started to control the game and on the 40th minute Howard was brought down inside the area, He brushed himself down and fired in the resulting penalty.
The second half satrted poorly as City equalised on the 49th minute. City started to come at us more but my defence were doing me proud. On the 68th minute we lost the lead as the referee turned a blind eye to a foul on our keeper. The referee got worse as three minutes later he gave City a penalty after a blatant dive. I wasn't best pleased with the referee but I was so proud of my players as they made City work hard for the win

Man.City 4 - 2 Derby County (Bisgaard 29, Howard pen 40)

I was furious with the referee's showing and let the press know what I thought

9th November The FA have stayed very quiet about my outburst

18th November: West Brom v Derby County

We started well as we kept West Brom on the back foot. On the 11th minute we came close as Howard fired just over. West Brom then fired straight into my keepers hands. On the 37th minute we took the lead as Bolder fired in a corker from 30 yards. Unfortunatly my defence decided to go asleep and we conceded the equaliser on the 44th minute.
The second half was poor for us as West Brom came out the better and dominated us from the start. On the 73rd minute we went behind as West Brom went easily past my defence to slot past Grant. In the last minute of injury time West Brom went further ion front as defender Johnson put the ball past Grant in a move which will be on Sporting Bloopers for years to come

West Brom 3 - 1 Derby County (Bolder 37)

22nd November: Derby County v Leeds United

Leeds started the better and kept us on the back foot for alot of the opening exchanges. On the 6th minute keeper Grant had to dive at full stretch to prevent us going a goal down after Leeds broke clear of my defence. Four minutes later the crossbar saved our bacon after Leeds shot beat all my defence and the keeper, We were being overrun by Leeds. On the 28th minute the inevitable happened as Leeds went a goal up with a fine goal from 15 yards. Two minutes later we had there striker to thank as he managed to fluff his shot after rounding Grant. I couldnt watch as I was fearing a rout. On the 37th minute we somehow managed to equalise as Oster fired in a free kick after Howard was pulled down 20 yards from goal. It got even better as five minutes later Howard sent us flying into the lead. At half time I told the players I wasn't happy with there performance even though we were winning, they were lucky not too be several behind. I told them to tighten up the defensive play and start to concentrate.
The second half was much the same as Leeds continued to dominate but this time my team defended well and kept them at bay, on the 90th minute we again scored against the run of play as my team countered a Leeds attack and Cadamarteri finished it off for us, to give us three points which we really didn't deserve

Derby County 3 - 1 Leeds United (Oster 37, Howard 42, Cadamarteri 90)

25th November: Derby County v Sheffield Wednesday

We got off to the worst possible start as after only 19 seconds Wednesday took the lead. My players looked alittle shocked but they came back pretty quickly as they started to control the game. However Wednesday came close to doubling there lead but luckily Grant managed to block well with his legs. On the 18th minute we managed to equalise as Bisgaard fired in a brilliant freekick. Unfoturnatly ten minutes later we had to replace Cisse after a leg injury. Wednesday stareted to come back into the game and on the 35th minute tyhey managed to break free of my defence, but yet again Grant saved the team.
Six minutes into the second half we a goal behind after a brilliant shot from 25 yards. Within three minutes we had the chance to equalise after Cadamarteri was fouled in the area. Howard stepped up and fired the ball into the net to give us the equaliser. Wednesday began to dominate as they went for the winner but my defence held firm, for the last eight minutes thye had to defend a little harder as Bisgaard was sent off for dissent

Derby County 2 - 2 Sheffield Wednesday (Bisgaard 18, Howard pen 54)

The injury news isn't good as we have lost Cisse to a hamstring injury and he will be out for around three months

28th November: Colchester v Derby County

A poor game for us saw us lose the game and our discipline. Colchester scored first as my defence let them through to score past the helpless Grant on the 37th minute. Two minutes later though we came close ourselves as Howard broke free, but his end product was very poor. The second half wasn't much better as Colchester kept coming at us, Our cause wasn't helped as Edworthy earnt a second yellow card to get himself sent off. The game was falling apart around my ears, On the 67th minute we had alittle bit of luck as Colchester were also reduced to ten men after a second yellow card. Unfortunatly this seemed to inspire Colchester and they started to come at us even more. On the 79th minute there pressure paid off as they fired in there second goal. I wasn't best pleased with my teams lack of play. On the 90th minute we lost Johnson who also got himself sent off for a second yellow, but a minute later we pulled a goal back as Howard scored but it was too little too late.

Colchester 2 - 1 Derby County (Howard 90)

Results:
5/11: Championship - A - Crystal Palace 0-2
8/11: League Cup 4th Rd - A - Man.City 2-4 (Bisgaard, Howard)

25/11: Championship - H - Sheff. Weds 2-2 (Bisgaard, Howard)
28/11: Championship - A - Colchester 1-2 (Howard)

Championship: 11th

Barnes, Peschisolido, Camara, OG, Bolder, Oster 1
