Well starting a story can be tough. Here I am at FC Oster in Sweden, other leagues are Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland. Looking at other teams around the Swedish top league I'm quick to assume we are the minnows and are tipped to go stright back down. The team looks like it has the core of staying up but would need strengthening up in the attacking department but on the whole and young team who had nothing to lose this season.
I was called into the board room for the usual introduction with the chairman but due to my lack of Swedish there was an interpreture for me. He said good luck and wanted for us to try and stay up but a good season would be nice. A transfer budget of £75,000 (I'm doing it in sterling because I'm comfortable with it) which I thought wasn't a lot but most of what I sold would go into the transfer pot.
I was then shown the squad I would start off with. It was a young, fairly inexperenced squad with a number of teenagers and lads in there early 20's.

As I saw before only 2 players were over the age of 30, so if I could stay up this year, the squad would have the experience to play in the top flight hopefully every year and may push into Europe in the seasons to come.

They should all be typed whilst holding the ALT key and using the numberpad to enter the numeric code. Those are the only (Scandinavian) ones I can think of odd hand.
An easy win was predicted and an easy win was what we got. Final Score, 4-0. Goal scorers were Teever, Wilbran, Svensson and Bennett. Attendence: 104.
A good game but the one thing that troubled me was the lack of strikers at the club let alone good ones, so I went on a serch for strikers to fill in the blanks, also my left back spot was a bit bare on the ground due to Asha's global ban until 8th September so I had a few players scouted for me.
My next game was against a much sturdier test against Norrkoping who were tipped maybe to be promoted into the top division this year.
Again, I was the team in the assendancy and won quite comfortably by 3 goals to nil. Goal scorers were Teever twice and Bild. The down side to this game was Teever was injured and would be out for a month which was a massive blow to the start of the campaign. Attendence: 1,952.
I was told just after Teever's injury that Gefle were getting rid of a player by the the name of Antouman Jallow so I was going to put in a bid for how much he was worth but Gefle wanted to get rid of him that badly his asking price was just £1,000!!! As for the left back spot Djurgarden were getting rid of a player called Panos Dimitiasdis(a nice Sewdish sound name I thought!!!) for £2,000. Both offers were snapped up and I awaited for the players to agreeto their contracts. The day before the next friendly, a fax came through, it was from Dimiriasdis' agent, it read, "Dear Mr Wright, it is with great pleasue my client has agreed terms and will be joining you tomorrow for a medical and sign the neccercery paperwork. Good luck with him and I hope to work with you again." The next day Panos turned up without his agent, his phyical turned out fine and the contract was signed. On the same day Gelfe accepted my offer and sent Jallow down to the club to negotiate the contract. He and his agent were at the fornt desk in just over an hour after we agreed a price with Gelfe!!! He showed us how much he wanted and to be fair it was under what I thought he would want so putting on my poker face I agreed gudgingly to his demands. So with two new player signed in just two days, things were looking up. About an hour before the game I recieved an e-mail that Jari Litmanen was on the free transfer list and would be looking for a club in Sweden. I quickly put in a contract for him to look over as at least another dozen clubs were in the same boat.
