But tbf this is an excellent turn out, one of the best ever I think, and certainly percentage wise of active user probably the best.

Excellent indeed. We've had a mere dozen votes in 2004 & 2005. This turnout is probably the second best after the glory days, when we got 48 votes once.

23 votes so far, if I remember correctly. Given that we were thinking that getting 20 to register would be a good effort, I'm very pleased with the turnout.

It's purely his choice (not any sort of punishment), but he doesn't feel he's read enough to vote in enough categories and actually have his vote mean anything.
