I managed to sign Defensive Midfielder, Williamson for £4,000. I signed him as I realised my midfield were playing to attacking leaving the defence by itself. Plus, my scout says he is twice the player of my current Defensive midfielder. A great buy for just £4,000, so it seems.

Yeading 2-2 Chelmsford
A managed to get a draw out of the game after going behind twice. I was really hoping to win because now I haven't won in 3 games. I went down early on when the ball was crossed in and tapped in by a Yeading player. Nothing else happened in the first half, other than my newly signed Centre Back, Caines, going off injured. In the second half a scored straight away when Kezie Ibe headed in a Mario Noto cross. 20 minutes later Conroy fouled a Yeading player in the box causing a penalty. The penalty was converted and we had to chase another equiliser again. It soon came, however, when Yeading left back, Smith, tried a back pass to the keeper which was intercepted by Lee Boylan who converted for his 6th goal in the league. My team pushed on but could never find a winner. Williamson had gone game, pushing forwards at times aswell.

Chelmsford 4-1 Weston-super-Mare
Finally I recorded a win after 4 games. It was great to see my team destroy Weston-super-Mare. Everything started off very well with Lee Boylan hitting the bar fron long range. But the goal came on 15 minutes when Kezie Ibe put in a cross that was met by the head of Lee Boylan. It was great to see my team take the lead after such a long while without it. 10 minutes later, Lee Boylan scored another header, this time, the cross from Jeff Minton. I went 3-0 up before half time when I won a corner which was swung in by Williamson, met on the head by Centre Back, Steve Ward, his first goal for Chelmsford. I went in at half time a very happy man. A came out at half time having to wait 15 minutes for Steve Ward to head another goal home, making it 4-0. 15 minutes later Weston-super-Mare caught me on the counter. They swung across in and my own keeper punched it in his own net. An accidental mistake which I forgive him for. The rest of the match went smoothly. Lee Boylan is the league's top scorer with 8 goals in 10 games. A very impressive start. Now I got a win after 4 games without one, I hope I can build on it for when I travel to Sutton United, next.

Before the game the FA Cup 2nd Qual. Rnd was done. I was drawn away at Maidenhead.

Sutton Utd 3-1 Chelmsford
Things didn't look good as soon as we started. Eventhough Sutton are favourite for promotion, I didn't expect them to be as good as they played. They created chance after chance and soon they scored, in the 13th minute. Luckily, I only had to wait 3 minutes before we equailised. Mario Noto hammered a freekick from 30 yards, straight into the top right hand corner. We started to play a bit now and Lee Boylan almost got a goal for us, just before the inteval. We came out in the second half and Sutton Utd scored straight away. A header from a corner. Sutton really started to dominate things now I didn't have a chance of coming back. in the 60th minute, Sutton caught us on the break and Honey slotted it past my keeper. I knew it was basicly all over now, but I didn't want to give up. I decided to take Williamson off and put Jordao on. I also took Garrick off and put Jamie England on, who had just returned from injury. I was playing a 4-1-2-1-2 and I changed to a 4-3-3 Jordao almost score with his first touch. It was a sitter, an open goal and he put it wide. Nothing happpend after that, until the 89th minute when Kezie Ibe was through on goal and took the ball on the half volly. It just went over. The fial whistle went and I deserved to gome with nothing.

top of the league! Hope they get to Chester's divison soon. Then I can watch Chester play

I like Stuart Ainsley thought he was good for Ipsiwch U18s, shame they got rid of him. But still, Ipswich's loss is Chelmsford's gain. He's played for England at some level, U17s I think.
Unlucky with the cup defeat to Sutton
