How is this working out for everyone in the latest patch? I've taken Ross County to the SPL, where I've beat expectations in my first season there. I don't think my team is headed anywhere, though, so I'd like to leave. I applied for about a dozen jobs, mostly in the SPL and in the English lower divisions - didn't get any of them.

Is it a matter of being patient - or is moving pretty difficult?

I've found that with a reputation of less than Continental will mean you struggle to get a good job. Continental and World Class managers generally walk right into jobs. Also, if a big compo payout is needed clubs with not much money will just not consider you for the job, even if you are the best candidate for the job.
