One thing I'd like to see for future versions of FM is this:

The ability to choose which players should appear in your different filters.
When I choose my team on matchday when I select midfielders for example,
I think it's a little annoying to have a bunch of forwards and some defenders listed there as well.
I know it's because there are defenders capable of playing midfield
but it would be nice to have an option like "Remove from midfielder-filter".

Since I never use Wide-Backs I always end up using FMM to remove wideback-positions from all my defenders the keep them from appearing amongst my midfielders.
I also remove some midfielders ability to play as strikers.

It would be much nicer to be able to set a list of
who to choose from when selecting defenders, midfielders and strikers.

Sorry, of course I meant wing-backs...not wide-backs

often these positions are comptent and have been trained to fill a gap, perhaps being able to choose only natural positions would help in this too
