Every season i'm struggling to renew my coaches and assistants contracts. It's getting slightly annoying having to replace them every pre-season.
I've currently got around £4m in the bank and are £2m under the wage budget, but the max i can offer anyone is £8.25k and they all want at least £16k.
At first i thought it may be down to having too many coaches (I have one for each area of training) but even when i lose them all i'm still restricted to £8.25k.
Anyone else had this problem, or is there another way to get the board to increase what i can offer the staff?
