Much kudos to Lloydy. Nice to see some ideas and discussion going on instead of the random "gumpf" that I'm used to in GQ.

I'd add to your suggestion by adding "Teamtalk feedback" - the assistant's thoughts on your teamtalks in the last month and suggestions to improve morale. (Obviously not applicable when he's been doing them!)

I hadn't really thought about including anything to do with team talks tbh. Good idea though :thup:
