I started the Demo version as a League One team, and after getting them to the playoffs in the Championship in my second season, a top Premier League team have approached me.
I am torn as to which club I decide to continue my career with, as my Championship club have the potential to be future Premier League stars, yet the chance to skip another season in the Championship appeals as well.
I haven't continued the save game for a week, but I cannot make up my mind so any help from fellow Forum users is welcome.
I was in the same sortta position as you,i just started a new game as i needed a fresh challenge, but can always go back to the saved game in the future, after all we have got another year until the new game comes out
It is a tough one to decide. Not sure what could make me abandon my Brighton side short of getting the foot. We been through it all, promotions, relegations good runs and bad. If you really feel for your team stick with it and see what happens, there will always be anohter job if it doesn't work out as intended.
Save it know, and keep the save game. That way, you can do both! If you get bored of one game, just go back to the other. I often keep saves when I get a good offer, ust so I can go back if I ever want to
Thanks guys, I saved 2 versions. In 1 I stayed with my team and after just 15 games have a 5 point lead. In the other, I asked for more transfer money and was sacked after I told them if I wasn't given the funds to build a good squad then I would resign.
Quit the game and start again. The demo version is riddled with intentional bugs so just start again now instead of noticing them 5 years into the game!
