Hey all, This is my first post here for some time so bare with me.

I have now started my proper FM2008 game after the 8.0.1 patch. I started unemployed with the automatic reputation as I have done for years,

I got given the job as Farsley Celtic manager in the BSP and got them promoted after 2 seasons, (just about to begin my season in the Coca Cola League 2), all going well, lots of praise from the press etc.

My concern is over my reputation, it is still saying 'unproven' after these 2 pretty successful seasons and Im wondering if anyone else has noticed this, I would think after this I would at least be locally known or regionally?!

I have been described as a 'talented manger' a few times but this never seems to stick, Im not leaving Farsley as I am doing well, but I am wondering if my position in the managerial world is any better than when I started!!

Any comments on this would be much appreciated

You could always use FMM to see if your reputation has gone up (in exact numbers)
