That really is unbelievable!! WOW! I normally get rid of players from 32 onwards, often before if they are losing physical stats rapidly, but i did sign a player coach in ths one who was 44, and played him just so i dont forget when i look at the records page.

Don't know why but as soon as a player hits 30, i try to get rid!! Although sometimes i'll sign an old legend to just stick him in my reserves to help the younger guys. I try to keep the average age of my squad to 23/24 years old for the first couple of seasons, then once i have all the guys i want they can just mature like fine wine!!
