sorry yea its not a bug but just a bit uncomfortable since in 06 and 07 defenders are heading those away with ease

I also think a lot of players heading ratings are well over the top.
On my game Anelka & Defoe have both scored past me with headers several times. I checked this out and they're both rated 14 for heading. I can't remember ever seeing either of them ever head the ball let alone score several bullet headers while being marked by a good centre back.

Heading attribute is how good they are at heading the ball with control, not winning headers.

| In that case Larsson would have 17 or so for heading then. If a player is great at getting in front of the defender and scoring headers then his header stat is going to be high.
Tevez is certainly not known for this is real life football - and his heading/jumping stats reflect this.

Weird, was about to post something similar, got Barry Bannan on loan and he just out-jumped Davenport twice in the same game with glanced headed goals!!!
