hi .. I created an avatar (5x75) using image ready .. but its size is 65 and the image has noise .. can someone tell me how i can bring it down to 10 k and make it look smooth )

Sure, no problem.

But can you post your image so we can see what needs to be done?

As a suggestion... did you try saving your image as a Jpg and not a Gif? That'll improve quality and reduce the file size also. Give that a shot. Generally, a "Medium" compression setting will suffice.
