Sounds good, I'd read it (except the tactics part). Main reason for this is beacuse so many things I'd want to read gets lost among pointless rants, flamings and people repeating old questions over and over again. If you can have the important things in one place without this it would be great.
Definately do something on Kipfizh's AI project. He deserves the recognition and it is by far the best thing that has come out of this forum.
Another potential area for a feature would be a in-depth look at a certain aspect each issue - Morale, PA/CA, transfer rules for different countries and so on all makes good short articles that could cover a lot of ground. I would say this is more about game mechanics than actually strategy/tips/tricks.
And definately stay away from naming Good players and Teams etc, thats just utterly pointless and waste of space.
There is/was a good article/topic about someone explaining the game to someone who doesn't know anything about football. Condensing that into a couple of articles would probably be usefull as people requested it to be stickied anyway.
