I'm quite enjoying FM this time around. It seems (At the moment) to be a bit more common sense this time around, i.e working on the oppositions key players and making your tactics suit your players does seem to produce sensible results, without the need for ridiculous slider quantification theories!
BUT I see SI have managed to leave the ridiculous controversy media bits in. I'm talking about the bits where you watch the blobs play the match and a controversial penalty decision goes against you and it asks you for a comment. It's pathetic. I have looked on ebay for a crystal ball, but haven't found one that works yet. How the game expects you to judge an incident from the graphical representation you get is beyond me.
The 'feature' is worse than pointless, it is embarassing. Can it be disabled easily, as not supporting your players makes them dislike you, support them and you get fined 99.9785% of the time.
I've tried that, but choosing the option to say you didn't see it, or not commenting sometimes upsets your players as they don't think you are backing them up.

out of interest, have you got a written record of the 4650 times you complained and were fined, and the one time you weren't... to have come up with that percentage?

I think you're wrong. I just ignore the comment and nothing happens. Just ignore the statement and carry on. Thats what I do.
It becomes easy to see the difference between an actual penalty and a dubious one after a couple penalty calls. The commentary is different for actual/non penalties although it doesn't make it obvious(like stating that it was a horrible decision). If you make a harsh statement regarding a non-penalty the FA usually 'stays quiet'.
My players usually view my media comments against penalties positively and I like being an 'outspoken manager'.

To be fair, that doesn't come out to exactly 99.9875%. Surely if he went to that many decimal places then he meant it to be exact!
