5 days a week... 1.5 - 2 h nap per day plus early bedtime (7 - 8 ish) means 15 - 20 would be doable.
I'm playing the hell out of FM now because when my new baby arrives (March) my FM time will go way down lol.

Well, FM at least isn't a game that would require constant monitoring. So you can just leave it running, do whatever you need to be doing, click continue, do something else, check out a player and click continue, go to lunch, start the match, chat with the family, make halftime team-talk, wait a few minutes to see if you need second-half subs, end-match team talk, go for a walk, etc etc.
There have been whole days when I didn't turn the game off. It just sits there patiently waiting for me to return to it.
I suppose that's why I love it so much.
