I woudln't bet money on it, but isn't one of the two Welsh teams further north than Cambridge? Merthyr, perhaps?

on 07 i saw bromley promoted into the conference north, I'm pretty sure not all the teams in the conference south were further south than south london.

it was completely bugged in fm07 - after a few seasons' worth of promotion and relegation i saw teams from south london playing in the conference north while teams from the midlands were in the conference south.
don't know if it's changed at all for 08.
