I developed this tactic for the use of members of SpursCommunity.
I am 3rd in the league with two months left until the end of my first season and just two points below the leaders with a game in hand, have won the Carling Cup and doing well in the UEFA cup and FA Cup.
This is a 4-4-2 formation which has an attacking mentality but also has a deep back line.
Most players will fit into the formation easily but for ultimate efficiency two good wingers work wonders.
