Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

For some reason after starting a new game, after the patch, i've picked up 5 major injuries.
So far i've lost:
Miller broken leg: 5 months
Earnshaw torn h string: 2 months
G Torje achilies 2 months
Bogdan Stancu knee 2 months
and another new signing (cant remember name) for 2 months.
I've played 5 friendlies and 3 full games. I've used the same training as before (Seasoned Alcoholics), same players and same signings and I never had this happen in my old season.
All these decent players i've lost so early in a weak Derby team is not looking good for me lol!

Has anyone else noticed an increase in injuries since the patch, or am I just plain unlucky?

Not particularly, had two bad injuries, but they were during matches, not training, broken jaw and a damaged spine.

5 bad injuries a season is quite feasible, but over 8 games?

Mate, I am a Hammers fan, and having seen us have 12 players out at the same time, nothing surprises me now

True! It's probaly just plain bad luck.
The first season managing Derby is tough, and with 5 good players missing it's gonna be fun! lol.
