Hello,

I was thinking about making one training schedule per player. I often see people making schedules for one position, but why not one for every individual player?

Are their disadvantages about making 1 schedule for every player, will your coaches workload go up or something?

I have a schedule per player. Workload for the coahces doesn't go up. Works a treat. Customised training makes total sense.

Bear in mind that you will want to have one coach per training routine, which will mean that coaches workload is Light in any case.

Means a lot of work for you, though!!
