The players are good,but only getting them games is not enough .
You need a good training sheudle(sp) and good coaches u need 7 star training.
p.s check timster`s training sheudle it rocks.

Right thats it, ive been playing him despite awfull performances but i just cant anymore, he is a liability and loses the ball in vital situations, i have lost games because of him, im just going to play him as a sub now

^^ your choice, but the most profitable way of getting players to improve is to play them. he is young, so when you start the match the TT is no pressure, and even if he starts to look bad, dont be critical because young players take things alot more seriously than seniors.

He's 19 now, just turned 18 when I bought him. Can't say he's ever lost me any games, won me a couple though!
