I kept a close eye on him all season! CA 98 PA 197! only 16 turning 17 soon!!!

Im deciding between signing vincent kompany or this regen, i got steve taylor, breno, zapata as centrebacks for newcastle. i love training regens into superstars and i know this kid will be one his got determination of 15 at such a tender age!!!! what would you do? i need some yes lol... im hesitating ;-/ his available for 12m, kompany available for 18m

Pretty obvious you should sign him don't see why you need advice on this on a PA of 197 go for it lol.
