Newbie here so excuse this question if it has been answered elsewhere.

Can I use PS6 to create a photo cd that will play on a dvd player? If it can be done what other options (like fade effects and sound) are available?

I currently create cd's like this using the Memories Disk sub-program that comes with a Hewlett Packard scanner. It works fairly well but I would like more creative control.

Photoshop really isn't set up for doing something like that. You might want to look at the software here...
