Default Useful Tutors.

I'm looking for players with useful preferred moves who are also great tutors for younger players. I'm playing as Arsenal and there isn't a great selection to choose from, and there are a lot of players I want to train; Walcott, Saivet, Banega, Denilson etc.

Is there a stat, either hidden or visible, which makes someone a good tutor?

Oh, and I'm looking for preferred moves such as, "gets into opponents area" or "likes to beat offside trap" or "gets forward whenever possible". These all seem like useful characteristics to have.

you cant train them to do certain things, thats built into their personality. but there is a way of seeing who is a good tutor for them. if you go into their screen and it says "similar type of player to Johnny godknowswho", then youve got a tutor.

Sign older players on the cheap, and let your reserves and young players learn off them, for instance sign Dacourt and let him tutor any DM you have or Makaay to tutor strikers, theres a few players knocking about who have all the necessary knowledge to tutor and are quite old(therefore cheap, even if it means just getting 1 season out of them)

if u only want to get the students to learn the prefered moves.. just take a look at ancient freebies who will have the required prefered moves... they will be the best choice.. cheap and cheerful and do the job... plus u can get rid easily afterwards

Can you sign 'player coaches'? If so can they sit in the reserves, tutor certain players and help out with training? It would be the perfect solution.

If so, does anyone have any reccomendations?

go to your young player and press player interaction, then scroll down there are usually 3 ways of saying "you could lear from....." select your option and confirm then wait and see if senior player accepts. Please note you can not select who they learn from as far as i'm aware its done automatically to the player who is most like them in the squad.
