Put this in one of the GK discussions but was not getting any replies. Would appreciate some input from the managers in here.

I have the following options:

- Ochoa - bid 12.5 mil for him accepted, contract nego
- Dean Bouzanis - bid accepted, contract nego
- Artur Boruc - available for free

Im manu and Ben Foster is 1st choice, have just sold Kuczack. Ustari just went to Arsenal for 44m (sounded a bit too much for a GK, hope I dont regret it).

Based on the options I have which players would you recommend. Appreciate quick replies.

you could go for ochoa mate he is a great keeper

but i personally rate akinfeev higher but he will be much more expensive

I'd go for Boruc if he's free. And then when you have the resources, get Akinfeev.

Actually you can get Akinfeev now if you have around 20M. You can unsettle him easily and depending on the season, get him for a decnet price. I've got him in season 1, 2 and 3 (different games obviously) for between 15-18M. If you that much, get him. Else save your cash and get Boruc on free (he is very good but a little eccentric!).

i know its not going to help you, but i signed ustari at the start of the 2nd season and the first goal he conceeded in the league, was mid jan in a 0-1 loss away to fiorentina.

January transfer window just closed.

Boruc couldn't decide in time, my offer to him is still being considered. So may get him during the summer.

Ochoa declined my contract and joined At Madrid.

Got Dean to sign up and is now my No.2 behind Foster. Am rotating them as much as possible to give Dean some playing time and getting him up to speed.
