Only a question, have I choose only a file "changes.txt" to put in my PSP? is it impossible to put all tranfers in an unique file to put in PSP?

Yeah you cant have one file for all nations as each nation will have a few players which should be at certain clubs eg in Italy Muntari at Everton but he oonly features in Italy, ive donre the bulk of the main transfers at the beginning so which eaver country you start in you should get roughly 75% of transfers.

So what im getting at here is that you delete the Close season update and download all 3 links and put them in the common folder instead.

nope your wrong. just put one of them in your common/FMH folder.

eg, you want to start a game in the dutch league use the dutch changes download.

I believe that is how Ridley99 has done it...

It is mightyowl, each update is specific for that country its just not possible to have every transfer to be done for every nation so ive done the next best thing
