this is a tactic with liverpool, but i got some gr8 young players:
4-1-3-2
full backs hard tackling direct passing zonal marking
centre backs man marking normal passing
dmc-stay back, no forward runs, long shots long passing, zonal marking
midfielders, forward runs, no log shots, short passing, man marking
strikers-no forward runs, short passing
leave the team instructions as they are

i have tried it with peterborough

first season (league 2) finished 1st, JPT winner
2nd season (league 1) finished 1st, JPT winner
3rd season Championship 1st,FA Runner up
4th season PL 8th,EC winner
5th season PL 8th EC winner.ESC runner up
6th season PL 5thEC winner,ESC winner
7th season PL 4thEC winner,ESC winner
8th season PL 4th,ECC runner up,ESC winner
9th season PL 3rd,ECC winner
10th season PL 4th LC Winner,ECC runner up,ESC winner
11th season PL 2nd,ECC winner
12th season PL 4th, LC Winner,ECC winner,ESC winner
13th season PL 1st WOOOOOOO, LC winner,ECC winner,ESC winner
14th season PL 5th ECC winner,ESC winner

and ive won community shield loads and been runner up in FA and LC, this tactic is great!!!!

this is a good tactic but after a while other teams seem to latch onto what you're playing so you start to draw a lot more games!
