any other ones? this tactic doesnt work in the Premiership, even if u start as a conference team. Im talking about jambos

For you maybe not, but i've just won the Prem with
Sutton Utd who i've brought in all the way from the Conference in 7 years using only this tactic and good scouting.

Jambos works perfectly well, I took Crawley Town from -10 point to the Premiership. If you are not winning then you need to get better players. Took me 3 season in the Championship to get a squad together before I got the EPL. Now I am in the EPL I am having to rebuild my squad again.
