send them out on loan then see what there stats are like if there still not good loan them out again. Youve got to send them to clubs where they will def play, look at the teams that want them and decide whether you think they will play or not and with regular football they should improve.

with rafael and fabio it is better to buy them with a lower league team and play them alot as i did this with brentford and they are now worth around 10 million each.

Heres a good young player named Miles Robinson At Gilligham came into the my 3rd season with Wigan when i scouted worth 5 million after half a season. Cant find him with my mansfield season though

it sounds like your man is a regen player so yuo wont be able to sign him on any other game.

I believe that this is the thread that Ridley keeps going on about when new people ask about players. As it is not the easiest to find this should make it easier for people to find.

Warning though not all of these players are available depending what game you start. For example in a Scottish game Torre, Rafael and Fabio are not available.

Also look ot for a young Spansih player called Aaron Niguez who plays for someone like Valencia Mastella. I have missed out on him twice and he usually goes to about 20m in value after 4 seasons. You will not find him if you put his full name in on the search sue to the accents in his second name. If you type in Aar though it will bring his name up. I think you would need to but him quickly at the start because of his undoubted potential.

Looking at the posts it made me think about regens. Although they are different in each game there appears to be certain names that pop up as good players although in different positions.

From 2008 look out for players with the surname Grassi, Neumann, Rocha, Texeira, Miguel, Oliveria and Iglesias to name a few. For example in one game I signed a Neumann as a goalie who developed into a brilliant player and generated a 10m transfer bid after being bought for 500k. In my next game Neumann was a DMC who at 17 years old had stats to rival any DMC in the world. He was picked up for 1m.
