Why would anyone want this. It's not like any store sells blanc UMD's. And if you make homebrew (what else could you use it for than piracy) you can just make eboots, so now UMD's needed :p

Even if stores sold blank UMD's then the dev kit wouldn't help they can only read them not write them (you have to get Sony to blow 'test' UMD's for you which takes a while for 'turn around').
