31st March: Juventus v Pescara

The morning before the match the chariman came to see me with the clubs lawyer and offered me a new 2 year contract, which I accepted within a minute.
The playewrs responded to the news by producing a great performance . Bojinov was the first to socre as he flew past the defence to fire past the keeper on the 24th minute. Only four minutes later Tudor doubled our lead as he headed in a Del Piero corner. Del Piero nealry made it 3-0 late in the half but his effort went just wide of the upright. Five minutes into the second hafl we made it 3-0 as Nedved picked up the loose ball and fired it into the net. Unfortunatly we couldn't score again but overall it was a good game

4/4: Triestina v Juventus

With the season coming to a close very soon I knew a couple of good results would see us crowned champions and promoted back to were we belong in Serie A. If it wasn't for the 17 point deductionwe started with I know for certain we would be there already.
The game was all us as my players upped there performances after some bad ones recently. It did however take us till the 43rd minute to open the scoring as Del Piero headed in, this was followed by a classic goal from Lincoln. The second half was the same as we dominated from start to finish, it took us till the 51st minute to score again as Palladino fired ina superb effort, and three minutes later he did it again to five us a 4-0 lead. However we seemed to take our foot off the gas and Triestina punished us but it was nothing more than a consalation goal.

Triestina 1 - 4 Juventus (Del Piero 43, Lincoln 45, Palladino 51,54)

7th April: Bari v Juventus

A win would give us the championship, but Bari were also fighting for the second promotion spot. Unfortunatly for all the fans the press hype was wrong and the game was nothing more than a damp squid of a game. With very little chances. The second half was just as bad and the game ended a dire 0-0 draw

Bari 0 - 0 Juventus

14th April: Juventus v Arezzo

The players knew a win would give us the title and they came out fast, causing the Arezzo defence no end of trouble. It took us till the 18th minute to score as Trezeguet proved he was the man by thumping in a corker of a shot. We piled forward and Palladino scored our second on the 36th minute and just to make things sure he doubled his tally late in the first half.
The second half was all about entertaining the crowd as my players started to showboat alittle, but I wasn't to worried as Arezzo showed no intent in attacking us.

Juventus 3 - 0 Arezzo (Trezeguet 18, Palladino 36, 44)

The win meant we were Serie B champions and more important we were going back into Serie A next season. The chairman congratulated me and the team. As a reward I gave the players a couple of extra days off. We now only had four games left of the season, so I've decided to give some of the fringe players a run out

21st April: Treviso v Juventus

With so many changes to my team it took a while for the players to gel. Luckily Treviso were poor so we didn't get punished for some of our sloppy play. We finally scored on the 33rd minute via one of my regulars Del Piero. The second half was very poor but I was quite happy with how my reserve players faired

Treviso 0 - 1 Juventus (Del Piero 33)

28th April: Juventus v Lecce

I told the players to give a performance that the fans would be proud of and they certainly did that as we thumped the pre-saeson promotion favourties. It took us till late in the first half to get the scoring underway as Del Piero fired in a perfect opener. The second half had barely started when Lecce were reduced to ten men after a second bookable offence. We wasted no time in taking advantage of this as Palladino rounded the on rushing keeper to put us 2-0 up. Lecce were looking more like a Serie C side and we finished the scoring on the 65th minute as Zebina got into the scoring habit by nodding home our third.

Juevntus 3 - 0 Lecce (Del Piero 43, Palladino 54, Zebina 65)

Results:
4/4: Serie B - A - Triestina 4-1 (Del Piero, Lincoln, Palladino 2)
7/4: Serie B - A - Bari 0-0
14/4: Serie B - H - Arezzo 3-0 (Trezeguet, Palladino 2)
21/4: Serie B - A - Treviso 1-0 (Del Piero)
28/4: Serie B - H - Lecce 3-0 (Del Piero, Palladino, Zebina)

Serie B: 1st (Champions)

5th May: Juventus v Frosinone

The fringe players did well as we turned Frosinone over with ease. Trezeguet opened the scoring on the 38th minute with a brilliantly crafted move. by half time I was surprised that we had only scored the one goal. I told the players I wanted more goals. The second half was dismal in comparison but we did manage to score again as Birindelli of all people fired in from long range

Juventus 2 - 0 Frosinone (Trezeguet 38, Birindelli 65)

12th May: Mantova v Juventus

Our final game of the season and in truth I wish it hadn't been played as we were crap. If we were playing a Serie A top tema we would of been royally thumped. Mantova managed to score early in the game as reserve keeper Belardi cocked up a clearance which landed straight on the Mantova's strikers foot and went flying over the keepers head and in. The second half starrted lively as they went 2-0 after an easy free kick was made to look hard by the keeper, nedved managed to pull one back for us on the 54th minute with a cracking free kick of his own but luckily for us Mantova's finishing was of a poor quality. I wasn't impressed with the way we finished the season

Mantova 2 - 1 Juventus (Nedved 54)

Results:
5/5: Serie B - H - Frosinone 2-0 (Trezeguet, Birindelli)
12/5: Serie B - A - Mantova 1-2 (Nedved)

Serie B: 1st (Champions)
Italian Cup: Knocked Out in Semi Finals

Top Scorers:
Trezeguet 25
Del Piero 24
Bojinov 18
Nedved 15
Palladino 10
Camoranesi 5
Lincoln 4
Tudor, Marchionni 3
