I won 9-0 with Leeds v Maccsfield with a striker getting 4 goals and I never got any 8's.

IMO 9's are currently very achievable. I play as a shity little Norwegian club and my morons get 9's when they have a good game.

Have you got an example of a game where you feel a player should have received a 9 and didn't? If so, did that player perform as you stated in your post -> (high number of passes, tackles, run throughs, interceptions etc) and remains effective (high number of completed actions of all kinds))?

OMG all you guys do is moan, si are right on this one. look in the papers and wen you see number ratings go on tell me how many players get 10 not many if ANY. for the love of god get a life and just play the game, its a really fun game but serously moaning about the ratings yous need lifes.

A little clarification that I feel necessary:
1) I have never suggested that rating system is buged or completely broken. I fully understand that it is just a matter of tweaks from technical perspective and a matter of approach to the issue as such. If you want the game to reflect the newspapers approach - then it's fine. If you want this system to add some depth to add some depth to the gameplay, then a wider variety of ratings should be achievable without the need of miracles.
2) I have already admited that 10s are not an issue in my book. Let them stay hard to achieve. But 9... I think at the moment it is a little to much out of reach - not something I have never seen (saw it once after hat-trick), but still, should be possible to see it a little bit more often
3) You can hardly consider me one of the moaners, just read my posts and the tone they are kept in. You will notice the difference. And, besides, I do play the game and I do have a lot of pleasure coming from it. And I WILL buy 09 when it comes Am I a moaner?
4) To what Bodis wrote - I will try to pick some after match report while I play. It's not even to prove my point, but to have a little discussion on how the system works. Even comparison of two different players on such screen sometimes raises some questions as to how the system rates them...
