Default why didnt this work?
i went to editor and put ramos in charge at spurs and capello in at england.....started and 2 unknown guys in there..

iv heard this happens if you put no manager in but i put mangers there...

dont get it because i put jose mourinho in as my ass man and that worked ,any idea?

I think it's because Mourinho is unemployed at the start, and the other two are tied to clubs. You need to make sure that they are not still attached to any other clubs, so changing the mangers there; and really, this belongs in the Editors' Hideaway.
