I don't know how realistic that could be but a player who was promising retires at the age of 21

May be his girl firend don't find enough time to spend with him so she pushed him to LOL

Players often do this in real life if they donn't play for any club for a very long time.

He probably found the materialism that a football career offered him, shallow and meaningless.

Had a look in the editor and his stats were pretty bad so its probably just as well he retired because I dont think that he would have been that great a player.
