Default Can you scout competitions
Im sure in past FM's you could scout U18s or reserve leagues but I cant find the option to do it in this FM any one know if its still possible?

Eh I go on to the scouting section select a scout click add new assignment and it gives me a choice of region or country no competition option?

I couldnt do this at the start of the season for some reason, but now that I'm about mid season both reserves and u18's are there to be scouted

does your scout already have a competition he is scouting? like next opposition? then thats the problem
