I don't think the newgens appearing in my game are anywhere near as good as the players at the start of the game.

Does anyone have games 10 yrs to 14 yrs in? Could you post the average age of the national squad of the country you are playing?

If the newgens are as good the ave age should be comparable to at start of the game.

I am just about to finsih my 4 season, and all the new regen have been terrible. Not one has broken into a top team in england, italy or spain which are my active leagues. Not one regen look like they could be a furtutre world beater. At this rate the game will be died in 10 years, with everyone fighting out for 30's simpley cus thier better than the regen's

I started of as a lower league team and my whole youth team squad were apparently going to become the best players at the club but within a few months I was told offload all but 1 or 2 of them.

I found and borught 5-6 regens that have 4 star potential, I am Manchester United, from scouting reprots of other players and often lookinhg at editor. A 4 star pontential transulates to pontenal of around 160-180. But the thnig is even with these players hit 18-19 they still look poor. Surely after 4 years a young lad some be coming through the ranks within world football, i.e Messi, Bojan, Kerlon, Adu, Febrages, Ronadlo, Rooney, Owen, Giggs, Trevez, aguero, Richards. Alot of players where known within the football world by the 17 some eialier, some a bit later. But nearly of us known about these lads by the time they where 18-19. But I haven't seen one regen that looks like they could be as good as the players listed at 18-19

Ive got 2 newgens who hav broken into the into the england u19's and I'm getting offers for one of them form Man U and Spurs. All this and i havent played them yet. You have to look into the lower divisions thats where i found mine.
