Just curious, how long into the future do you get messages before a match regarding players that used to play for you?
For example, I sold Defoe to Pompey in the summer of 07 (very start of the game), and now in March 2011, and I still get the news item about how it's expected to be a good meeting and I'm asked to comment etc.
Will this still happen in 2014 when he's 31 and hasn't played for me in 7 years? It's been 4 years as it is... Not a big deal, I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything.
It's basically another example of one of the new features which is poorly implemented and doesn't really work.
I'm in 2012 and I still get messages about players I had on loan/played 3 games in my first season.
Maybe because it was 'new' I actually used to comment on this media rather than ignoring it like the rest. I wont ever do this again after last night. I commented that my team was better without the player - a RUBBISH AMC who I had in the Championship on loan. In the first half, he alone had 11 shots on goal, scored 2 and got 2 assists.... I ended up losing 4-1 and got totally decimated by him !
