Haven't seen anyone ask this before, there wasn't any options in the demo to able to do that, but then great idea if it isn't in the full version then one for the future.
I think Facegen is licensed from another company, so you can already buy the software and model your face... Or there is a free demo version which you can find on their website here which lets you try it out, but leaves a big SI in your forehead.
I don't like to use real faces and facegen together, but I think that it would be good to create faces of the current players with the facegen and then put them as facepacks.

While I'm clearly not Ter, I would imagine that they could be assigned to a unique ID in the game, yes, in exactly the same manner as works for facepacks now.

There's only about 5000-6000 faces that need to be done that currently have a real photo.
Then there's the other 250,000 players and staff who have no pictures at all.
