How do you create a skin?

I am not very technical, but would like to know how exactly i would go about creating a new skin for FM08 because the default is awful.

Any ideas?

Unless you know about xml files and graphics i would wait until the skin makers get working themselves. It is very hard to make skins.

in that case, once i have downloaded a skin, how would i transfer it into FM08.

i wish someone would make a skin, i never like the default skin and im always on the look out for new ones

when you download skins, they will come with instructions, dont worry.
