if someone can tell me how to make a 08 facepack and whatr exactly i need to do i will make one as i have a shitload of face images, i have every player of every club in the top 3 leagues of most countries in the world (a lot) so if someone could explain how 07 - 08 works diferently with faces i will try and make it.

where are the faces saved? and what is the config file?

hmm i kind of understand how config.xml works but where do i get the id numbers from? is their a list?

You put show id number in the setting of fm
or in the editor I think?

All the graphic files are held in .FMF files in FM08. There will be a generator made by Ter i think it is soon and will be released.
If you know how to add graphics in FM07, it is just the same way in My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Pictures/Players folder.

How to make face packs, You need Adobe Photoshop to start off with.

Look here for a nice mini tutorial on how to make fm08 faces.

so if i make them normally like in 07 they will work? or should i wait for the .fmf editor thing?

I would wait for the .fmf editor. But why not make them and have a go at sticking them where i said above to see if they work. Make sure you make the xml files properly though.
