Hi All,

As the subject suggests i'm mac based and just wondered where you add the face pack etc as you can't get in to the graphics folder?

Also i'm bored at work so thought I might try and create an alternative for the icons in the match engine, are these just the same as in FM07? I work at a design company and we thought we might try and create a sensible world of soccer style to help remember the good old times also a skin to match.

Just put your GFX in CDocuments and Settings\your name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008 Demo

Don't forget to untick skin cache and tick reload skin :thup:

That would be good on windows...

On a mac it would be the Sport interactive folder in your documents:

ie: NameOfStorageDevice/Users/Username/Documents

Just ass them as per FM 2007. Make your own folder etc. As long as the config file is there with the graphics the game will find them.

What should I call the folder in the Documents folder and where in the documents folder should I but it?

There should be a sports interactive folder in the documents at the mo. from there, the worlds your oyster. You can keep the folder as organised as you like. ie folders for kits, logos etc.

Yes, I have the graphics in the SI folder. I also have unticked the skin cache and reloaded the skin. Anything else I can do?

Have you ticked "Always Reload Skin On Confirm".

Hi Conor253,

The mistake that I made was that I put all of the graphics into my user folder. Try using the Shared folder as that seemed to clear up the problem for me.

Even if you just have one user on your mac there is still a Shared folder.
